Train in Glasgow, easy to reach from Paisley
Paisley is a short train from central Glasgow, so you are only minutes from the studio. Glasgow Tattoo College trains new artists in small, supervised groups on real skin, and getting in from Paisley is quick by train or bus.
We welcome students from across Renfrewshire, from Johnstone and Linwood to Elderslie and Ralston. Both the 10-day beginner course and the shorter fine line courses are within easy daily reach.

Travelling from Paisley to Glasgow
By train or Subway
around 10 minutes by train from Paisley Gilmour Street straight into Glasgow Central. Glasgow Queen Street is one of Glasgow's best-connected stations and the studio is a few minutes away.
By road
about 15-25 minutes by road via the M8 depending on traffic. In practice the train or Subway is usually faster than driving into Glasgow.
By bus or coach
frequent bus routes connect Paisley with Glasgow city centre all day, dropping you close to the studio.
Paisley is close enough that no accommodation is needed; most students travel in each day for both the 10-day and the fine line courses.
