Train in Glasgow, easy to reach from Rutherglen
Rutherglen is minutes from Glasgow Central by train, so the studio is an easy trip. Glasgow Tattoo College teaches in small groups on real skin, under supervision, in a licensed city-centre studio.
Students travel to us from Rutherglen and the surrounding areas, from Cambuslang and Burnside to Halfway and Fernhill. You can take the full 10-day course or a short fine line course and be home the same evening.

Travelling from Rutherglen to Glasgow
By train or Subway
around 8 minutes by train from Rutherglen into Glasgow Central. Glasgow Queen Street is one of Glasgow's best-connected stations and the studio is a few minutes away.
By road
about 15-25 minutes by road via the A724 or A749 depending on traffic. In practice the train or Subway is usually faster than driving into Glasgow.
By bus or coach
frequent bus routes connect Rutherglen with Glasgow city centre, dropping you close to the studio.
Rutherglen is close enough for a daily commute; most local students travel in each morning rather than staying over.

The studio is at Ingram House, 227 Ingram Street in Glasgow's Merchant City (G1 1DA); a few minutes from Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central stations, Buchanan Street Subway and Buchanan Bus Station, and served by ScotRail, the Subway and city bus routes.
